Whatever the size of team I work closely with my clients to not only understand the brief and objectives but also the culture within the organisation and how that might affect the team dynamics. The role as a team coach is to facilitate discussions with the aim of learning and ultimately delivering the objectives of the brief in the most cost and time effective way.
