Simply put, coaching is about giving the time and attention needed to help people to find new perspectives and unlimited potential.
Unlike many other types of learning coaching is focussed on the individual, it is completely confidential, non judgemental and 100% about you. I endeavour to create a challenging but also supportive environment, I encourage reflective practice to allow for new insights that can ultimately lead to new behaviours and long term goals that work! This is usually delivered in a series of face to face sessions but can also be done via ‘FaceTime’ or over the phone.
