In order to build a nurturing culture, managers need to be equipped with the right tools to mentor their teams. Often managers have great technical skills to do their jobs, but are unsure on how to get the best out of their people and as a result they focus less on the ‘management’ side of their job and more on the delivery. This generally leads to disgruntled and demotivated teams and overworked stressed managers – not a great combination for any business.
